Who we are

Electronics Insider is published by Nukipa Labs GmbH, Gunta-Stölzl-Strasse 7, 80807 München, Germany. Contact: contact@nukipalabs.com.

For GDPR purposes, the controller is Nukipa Labs GmbH.

What we collect

Page-view analytics. We record which pages are requested, the referring page, an approximate country derived from the request, and the user-agent string. This is done without cookies and without any browser storage or device fingerprinting.

A short-lived, per-pageview token is used to confirm that a real browser rendered the page rather than an automated scraper. It is not tied to you, is not stored on your device, and cannot be used to recognise you on a later visit.

If you submit a form on this site, we receive the data you enter into it. We only ask for what the form says it asks for.

What we do not collect

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use cross-site trackers, ad networks or data brokers. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or share personal data.

Legal basis and retention

Analytics are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding aggregate readership, and are held in aggregate form. Form submissions are processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated or to comply with legal obligations.

Third parties

This site is hosted and served by Vercel and the Nukipa content platform (Nukipa Labs GmbH). Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.

Outbound links to source documents point at third-party sites - regulators, standards bodies, companies and publishers - each with its own privacy policy.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@nukipalabs.com. You also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.
